I'm not usually one to get excited about technology, but this thing is cool in a nice, routine-changing way.

Notice I use "cool" to mean "it's useful to me" or "I like it" as opposed to "it's slightly dangerous and countercultural and maybe even practises questionable hygiene," and thereby find myself unintentionally in the dominant current of early twenty-first century North American usage.

Are you a Mac-person, Mark? I always had you pegged for a PC-user. I don't even know what that means.

Hey, are you finding division in the world again, engaging in binary thinking?

Yes, I'm a Mac-person at home. I think, in my case, it means that I appreciate well-designed and intuitive interfaces, at least where computers are concerned. PCs make me nervous.

What are you: PC or Mac? Maybe this could become an open poll and we can pass judgment on one another. :)

I dual-boot Linux and Windoze. I can get most of my work done in Linux, etc. But when I'm feeling corporate-shill like I fire up the XP.

At work its entirely Windoze.

I've never done the Mac thing. I'm shopping for a laptop right now. Maybe its time I throw down and pick me up a Mac to see what all the fuss is about.

See you tonight @ mercer, provided I can get out of work early enough!
